If there’s one thing you haven’t been able to shake -- being the personal growth oriented kind of person you are -- it’s the negative voice in your head and the habits it influences.
The voice that tells you your thighs aren’t the right shape.
The voice that tells you which foods are “good” and which are “bad.”
The voice that tells you a daily workout is required no matter how tired you feel.
The voice that tells you your beauty and worth are tied to the number on the scale.
You’ve done work to release it, to move past it, to develop new habits.
But despite your efforts, the inner critic still rules -- and you don’t want it to win.
I’ve been there.
And now I’m here to reassure you that there is a way to break free. There is a way to quiet that inner critic so that eating and moving are easy, care-free choices that support your wellbeing.
You don’t need to continue fighting for wellness. Instead you can start flowing with wellness.
As an Intuitive Movement & Wellness Coach, I’m here to help you listen to your body and learn from it.
Your beautiful, hard-working body is constantly telling you what it wants and needs, and by listening inwards to your own innate wisdom (not to all those ‘helpful’ negative voices we have grown up with), you can unlock the freedom you deserve.
Working with me will give you the skills you need in your life to live intuitively, listening to your body. You’ll learn the everyday tools I use when those ancient unhelpful comments creep into your head while looking at a menu, or when you’ve booked in a workout but aren’t quite feeling it.
SPOILER ALERT!: It’s not always a case of “I want a chocolate brownie, so I’m going to have one.” It is instead always a matter of listening to what your body is asking you for, and uncovering what it needs.
Together, we’ll unlock the code that your body is giving you, and you’ll learn how to develop your own workouts, meals, and daily activities that compliment all the other parts of your life.
After all, as women, we all wear, and should wear with pride, lots of different hats!
Learning to listen to yourself with kindness is completely transformative. You’ll be amazed how open to the rest of the world it makes you feel.

Finding My Way Back to My Body’s Wisdom
At the bright young age of 3 years old, I was first introduced to dance.
It immediately became my joy and passion, and later developed into the beautiful realisation that physical movement was critical to my mental wellbeing.
Dance, and then eventually Physical Theatre, were my release, my expressive power, and the space where I felt safe, secure, and in control.
After getting a “sensible” degree in my early adult years, I felt the calling back to this special physical expression, so I started acting again. I was thrilled to be working in harmony with my body again… until it all came to a screeching halt.
While at Acting School, I broke 2 vertebrae in my sacral and lumbar spine. To say that this floored me is an understatement. Not only could I not physically move my body, I was also suddenly unable to rely on my superpower: my expression, my way of navigating the world.
Eventually the bones healed, as they do, but was left with constant chronic pain, the cause of which is largely not understood. And so, I began seeking alternative therapies, like Pilates, in an attempt to understand how what I ate, what I put in my body, how much sleep I got, and how I talked to myself, could make a physiological and mental difference for me.
It was a lot of work, but the truth is, I was at a crisis point. Medicine had done all it could, and the pain was unbearable. I had no choice but to learn to listen to what my body was saying, learn from it, and understand the importance of the mind in all forms of movement.
The most incredible thing I learnt from FINALLY listening to my body, not just using it all day everyday, is how much I had been neglecting, and often abusing it, for most of my life. I believed that I’d been honouring it by staying very healthy and working out so I stayed lean, but in reality, I’d been doing the opposite. I’d been letting outside factors and influences tell me what I should be doing with my body and how it should look rather than looking inwards, trusting my body's own voice, and listening intently so that I could give it what it was desperately asking for.
So, how did my life transform as a result of this shift?
Honestly, this is a daily journey, a daily decision and not all days look the same. But knowing that have the ability to live in an intuitive and healthy way means I finally have the confidence to move through my life knowing that I am not going to fall back into bad and unhealthy habits which do not serve me, or those around me.
And it starts from the second I wake up.
I take a second to breathe into how I slept (now that I am a mother, I am especially aware of how much sleep affects my day), how my body is feeling and then start thinking about what I must achieve in my day.
Being intuitive within my day looks like this and has given me so much freedom to be fully present, fully immersed, and fully enjoying my life.
By choosing to park a little further away from the school, so that I have a little more time to walk in the fresh air, holding my sons hand and talking to him about his morning, I have bought myself just a couple more seconds of calm and to breathe.
By taking a moment before I decide what I have for breakfast to listen into what my body is asking for, and then sitting down to eat, I am honouring where I am in that exact moment and setting myself up for my day.
By taking a moment before exercising to ask myself why, how and when, I am able to best serve my body which I know means I am going to get the most out of my exercise. I go to bed knowing that I have honoured my body throughout my day, I feel confident that I am going to be able to do the same tomorrow.
And on those days where I know that I haven’t done this, where I have rushed through because (you know) life happens, I speak to myself like I would speak to my best friend, with empathy, with kindness and understanding that tomorrow is a new opportunity.
So now, I’m here to empower you to take this journey for yourself.
I want to help you undo all the embedded negative language you use towards yourself, your physical form, and your food, and I want to teach you how to look inwards and trust your body so you can step into the life you want and deserve.
You deserve it all. And I’ll help you unlock your superpowers so you can achieve it!
