What’s the best way to move and find freedom in your unique body?

Treat yourself to an hour-long private session to activate your connection to intuitive movement

In this personalised class, you’ll be led through Pilates-based movements to discover the mechanics of you and design a flow that strengthens your body from the inside out. Followed by Wellness Coaching, focusing on nutrition, health and day-to-day holistic living.

How It Works

My intuitive movement classes combine traditional Pilates principles with flow and strength-based low-impact movement to create full body toning in every class. Fully customised to support you in reaching your aims, I will use my expertise to develop empowering and gentle workouts, always ensuring you feel beautiful and confident.

Your Experience 

At the beginning of each of your private classes, we will work through some grounding breathwork to ensure that we are both engaged and working towards the same intention. The body of the session will focus on your goals, with each move I will explain why we are doing it, what your body is feeling / learning and how you can maximise the great feelings in your muscles, followed with some more beautiful relaxation and breathwork. We finish with a 15 minute discussion focusing on your overall wellness and nutrition goals, so that you will be in a great space to flow through the rest of your day with confidence and ease.

Who Are Private Classes For?

Honestly, I believe this type of exercise is for every body. If you are a seasoned gym bunny, looking to be a little kinder to your body, or add in a gentler option to your workout schedule, this is for you. Or perhaps you haven’t exercised before and are keen to get started, these classes are for you. As I am also an pre & post natal expert, I am fully equipped to support you at any stage of your journey.
