Your Body Freedom Programme is a 12 week self-led course. You will take yourself through a series of audios, videos, journaling guides and weekly exercises making your way to Body Freedom. Taken at your own pace and in your own time, you can fit this around your schedule, your life and ensure that it fits in with how you want to live your life.
Every week you will receive:
An audio lesson for you to go for a walk with, introducing the weeks mindset shift focus
A 45 minute intuitive movement online workout video
Journaling prompts and exercises to ground some of the key ideas you have been working through
Fortnightly coaching calls with me, for support, answers, advice and community
Nutritious recipes, you will enjoy making and love eating
Tips, motivation from me and more!
And best of all? This is all yours to keep, so you will always be able to come back to what you have learnt in moments where you need a little boost!
